Fantastic experience! Gerad made sure That the entire process was extremely easy for us, and our car could not be cleaner!! Car is still running beautifully, and we are very happy. Beautiful dealership! Great people!
I recently purchased my 2nd car from Bataglia and once again it was a wonderful experience. Walked in and was immediately greeted by the team. I didn't have to wait at all. Car was ready for me to look at and test drive. Joe was my salesman, he is so knowledgeable about cars and made the whole process for me enjoyable. Joe seems to love what he does. Overall this was a great and smooth process and definitely made me feel like family. Service was 10 out of 10.
The dealership refuses to let you take the car off the lot to have it inspected by a mechanic. This is a huge red flag.
Worse family I ever came across. The daughter Stephanie has an attitude problem & the father (owner) is who she gets it from!!! They are ignorant! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!
