I usually hate having to go through the process of buying a new car. Not the case this time. Everyone at Battaglia was incredibly friendly and you never felt pressured into anything. They laid everything out super clearly and answered every question I had honestly. I cannot recommend this place enough. We will be back when it is time for my wife to upgrade her car.

We had a very positive, straightforward experience with Battaglia purchasing a second car to be used for running around town, errands, groceries etc. Everyone was friendly, the dealership is spotless, and we got a good deal. Definitely would recommend!
I contacted the dealership regarding purchasing a vehicle and was attempting to negotiate a cash deal. While speaking with the salesman on the phone, I overheard the owner in the background being very belligerent and unprofessional regarding the pricing discussion. This behavior was disappointing and created an uncomfortable experience as a potential customer. Professionalism and respectful communication are important when conducting business, and unfortunately this interaction did not reflect that.
