I had a very disappointing experience with Dr.Batta. I found the overall level of professionalism and communication to be lacking. During our visits, I felt uncomfortable with the approach to treatment, particularly the number and type of medications being prescribed. We have been a part of Dr. Batta's office for 7 years, and there have a been few times when his responses were unprofessional, but I always appreciated that there was never a long wait in his office, his waiting room is not crowded, and he used to be open on Saturday, so I stayed with his office. And I don't want to discredit the routine care he has given my children. But this instance is the straw that broke the camel's back. Dr. Batta is truly the best !!!! He is very knowledgeable and truly cares for his patients. My son Nelson has been going to the same pediatrician for 9 years and truly no complaints at all. Dr. Batta is honestly one of the best and my son always gets very good care. So thankful for everything him and the staff have done for my son.
