I LOVE Batson and Phillips HVAC!!! They installed my 2.5 ton unit in 2007 and repaired my 16 year old unit today. My husband is sick with cancer and they recognized our need because its gonna be a hot weekend in the 90's! Mike was here by 8:30am and by 9am it was back to a balmy 72 degrees in my house in minutes. Mike's customer service and knowledge of the product was EXCEPTIONAL!!
