We reached out to Batson Nolan and worked with Mark Nolan to update our wills and estate planning. He was able to review and suggest various considerations and reviewed each suggestion with us. Not only did he respond quickly to our initial request for an appointment, but the entire process was timely, prompt and efficient. Mr. Nolan was easy to work with, responsive and professional; he is also well versed in all areas of the law. I highly recommend Mr. Nolan for all of your legal needs.
I had a real estate transaction (lease) and the future tenant wrote the proposed lease agreement. Shelby Parks was very effective in throughly reviewing the lease and providing comments and alternate language for use in lease negotiations. The lease was completed expeditiously and to my satisfaction. I will bring any future legal needs for my Tennessee properties to Batson Nolan.
