Mr. Basten called me back immediately and was very helpful and friendly . He was not able to do the specific need that I had but directed me to several people that could help me in my area.
Very helpful and quick in response time!
Pricing was very fair. But the timing was incredible. I called him in the morning, and he had the Grinder Pump Installed same day! Highly recommend!
David was absolutely a life saver. We had some pretty complex issues on our septic / drip system and he answered the phone on the first ring and talked with me for a long time about options. Not only did he come prepared to fix it within a week, he got the job done in a day and we are up and running. Super friendly, knowledgeable and stands by his work. Highly recommend!
My pump grinder wasn’t working so I didn’t know who to call. I read all the reviews on David Batson and they were all so positive. So I called him . He came out to my house and was so nice and explained so much to me. I made the best ever decision to call him. He fixed everything and was always polite and kept me posted all the time on what he had to do. He did it right. Like Mike Holmes would say and do. I’m so relieved now. Excellent work and it’s done perfect.
