Dr Imtiaz has gone above and beyond and to give the best care to my parents. She made sure that my parents had a thorough plan to address any gaps in their healthcare and to listen to their concerns. Her referrals were also sound, but when one wasn’t, she was grateful and receptive for the feedback. Any minor critiques I had have been addressed since she hired new receptionists. Her new staff are good communicators and helpful over the phone, and we’ve referred others here as well since we’ve had a good experience.
I’m going to delete this review as soon as the Doctor sees as it. She’s an amazing Doctor. It’s breaking my heart to even have to write here. I’ve been trying to get the prior authorization for meds for almost 3 weeks now. The secretary refuses to fax it over. One minute she says she sent it over, then she sent the wrong form over, then she claims she had the wrong fax number. Between myself, My insurance & the pharmacy we’ve called over 10 times. Dr. Imtiaz is incredibly thorough and takes the time to listen to your concerns and thoughts. I really appreciate that she takes the time to discuss everything from a holistic perspective. One of the best doctors in DFW!
