Good place
NO STARS. EVERYTHING IN OUR UNIT ON CARROLTON WAS STOLEN. THE ENTIRE COMPLEX WAS LUTED. GATE WAS OFTEN BROKEN. VERY POOR UPKEEP AND NO SECURITY. THEY DON'T HAVE A PHONE NUMBER THAT YOU CAN CALL. WORSE STORAGE COMPANY EVER. I had to post at least 1 star, but consider this 0 stars.
Square Space Storage offers unsafe storage and does not maintain their facilities. Look elsewhere if you want a safe place to store items. We stored our belongings here this past summer, and upon going to check on them (a month after last check-in), our lock and all of our belonging were stolen. Upon calling management, Square Space explained they were aware of multiple robberies, yet they never notified us. Horrible pro. They never answer the phone. Someone broke in 49 units,including mine. I still can’t get them on the phone. I have just found the owner to send him an email
