DO NOT DO NOT be a patient of Dr. Azeem. She triple books her appointments and you will have to wait hours in her office. I was rescheduled 3 different times due to her being so overbooked and after trying to see her for almost 2 years (and I am already an existing patient) I have finally come to my senses and gave up because she is so unprofessional and unable to provide care to all the BRG employees that need skin care. My wife was having a serious problem and her staff got her in quickly. The visit was very extensive and every question was answered. Her staff is extraordinary and amazing. She was kind, and pleasant. I recommended her to all my family and friends.
Dr. Azeen is one of the most caring, compassionate and knowledgeable physicians in her field. She and her staff were very helpful working me in for a problem visit. I felt she was genuinely concerned and attentive to my problem. I left feeling very reassured and she made sure all of my questions were answered before concluding the visit. I would highly recommend this clinic to family and friends!
So I was late a few minutes and unfortunately I was not able to be seen. While I was there a person that was in the waiting room a gentleman that was already waiting canceled his appointment that he had that day. I politely asked if I could just be moved to his spot which was 30 minutes after my appointment and they Would not let me. The manager in her exact words said that they all would like to go home at 5:00pm. Also the lady at the front desk Ashley had a horrible attitude and the manager as well.
