The staff is pleasant, but clearly out of their depth when it comes to billing and basic system operations.
What a wonderful experience to feel valued as a patient. The entire staff...from the women at the front desk, to the hygenist and dentist...go above and beyond making sure my daughter was comfortable and understood the procedures going forward. A very positive atmosphere & experience.
I had my first visit here yesterday and had a great experience. All of the ladies in the front were very pleasant. The wait was minimal. My dental hygienist Amber did a wonderful job and was super personable. I'll definitely continue to go here in the future. Thanks again!
