The only reason I gave them 1 star is because zero isn’t an option. They repeatedly rescheduled my delivery with excuses of it being a two man delivery (used that one twice even though when it was finally delivered there was only one person), once that it there wasn’t room for it in the truck even though it had been rescheduled from the prior week, so they knew for a week it was to be delivered that day and still said it wouldn’t fit, and once that the driver was out of VTO hours and had to turn around (another lie because t... read more
They did not call to say they were delivering it early. They put the crate outside y gate. It weighed over 150 pounds. We are old ! Had to assemble in place. Horrible
The worst!! Keep rescheduling my delivery due to "our driver called out' and 'our truck broke down". None of those are under my control. How many drivers do you have? Hire more or fire the one that keeps calling out. How many trucks do you have? Rent from U-Haul. Missing days of work because of their negligence. Returning missed phone calls and spoke to as if I was an inconvenience to the operator. You called me!! I even drove to the warehouse to retrieve my package and was denied. This company is horrible! We were scheduled for delivery 4 times and all 4 times they called and cancelled delivery. 1 of the 4 times the driver called and stated that he would be at our home in 20 minutes and did not show or call. We called their office and NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE.
