This company is horrible! We were scheduled for delivery 4 times and all 4 times they called and cancelled delivery. 1 of the 4 times the driver called and stated that he would be at our home in 20 minutes and did not show or call. We called their office and NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE.

The delivery people are great. The people in office are horrible and very unkind. Why Seko Logistics uses them is beyond me. Do not use this company.

Ordered a purple mattress. Received a message from Pilot it would be delivered today. Took off and was ready. Only to get a call from some woman from Baton Rouge Cargo saying they would deliver the next day when it’s supposed to be raining. Tried telling her I took off for today and could be here tomorrow but no she didn’t know when they’d be back in my area. Now it’s saying customer refused delivery. One star is too generous. The “service” provided was subpar, at best. The delivery was not made when initially scheduled. When it was delivered, a busted box and loose part were left in my driveway, with no contact attempt by driver- not even the courtesy of a simple doorbell ring. Claudia, the supervisor, was defensive, sarcastic, and rude - seeking to place blame on everyone but Baton Rouge Cargo.
