They did not call to say they were delivering it early. They put the crate outside y gate. It weighed over 150 pounds. We are old ! Had to assemble in place. Horrible
The worst!! Keep rescheduling my delivery due to "our driver called out' and 'our truck broke down". None of those are under my control. How many drivers do you have? Hire more or fire the one that keeps calling out. How many trucks do you have? Rent from U-Haul. Missing days of work because of their negligence. Returning missed phone calls and spoke to as if I was an inconvenience to the operator. You called me!! I even drove to the warehouse to retrieve my package and was denied. This company is horrible! We were scheduled for delivery 4 times and all 4 times they called and cancelled delivery. 1 of the 4 times the driver called and stated that he would be at our home in 20 minutes and did not show or call. We called their office and NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE.
The delivery people are great. The people in office are horrible and very unkind. Why Seko Logistics uses them is beyond me. Do not use this company.
Ordered a purple mattress. Received a message from Pilot it would be delivered today. Took off and was ready. Only to get a call from some woman from Baton Rouge Cargo saying they would deliver the next day when it’s supposed to be raining. Tried telling her I took off for today and could be here tomorrow but no she didn’t know when they’d be back in my area. Now it’s saying customer refused delivery.
