My credit was hit for a $100 copay that I was told at the time of my visit would be paid by my insurance,3 years later they reported it to my credit. Without even trying to get in touch with me and when I called to try and resolve the matter, I get sole incredibly rude and emotionless woman on the phone that refuses to help in anyway.
