I have used this company for years. Until recently, I have believed their diagnosis and written them a check,no questions asked. That was a mistake. Several days ago, I called them because our a.c. was not cooling. Their tech came out diagnosed the problem and ended up charging us nearly $500.00. The tech said the coil in the attic was leaking freon and we would have to pay a minimum of $2500.00 to replace it. We got a 2nd opinion. The leak was not caused by the coil.
