Just had the BatMan visit today and he and his partner were extremely friendly; they performed their tasks in an efficient and cleanly manner and even took the time to tell me about products that could clean and improve the aesthetics of my fireplace. These people were very knowledgeable and very friendly. They come at a very reasonable price and guarantee their work for five years. Please don't use the phone number attached to that Facebook page. A major phone company gave Terminix that phone number when he was changing service providers. So when you call this man, who is just trying to make a living, you end up calling Terminix. I'm not sure if it was intentional but either way it's a dirty trick. His actual phone number is 800-437-1375
