Excellent and professional service
Batjer just replaced our entire HVAC system. Duct work and all! From the first time John showed up at our house to begin the estimate process to the very last time James and Michael drove away from our house, everyone was super courteous and professional. Everyone involved was obviously well trained in, and informed about, the work they were doing. We could not be happier with the product installed and the service we received.
The Grace Museum has worked with Batjer Heating and Cooling for many years. In 2017 they installed a new system in the Museum while keeping our old system running. They overcame many obstacles which allowed us to continue doing business as usually. We are very pleased with our ongoing relationship and would recommend them to anyone in need of heating and cooling services.
These guys/gals are awesome! Their installers were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what they were doing and patient enough to answer our many questions. They arrived exactly when they said they would, finished the removal of the existing system and installed the new one ahead of schedule, and cleaned up when the job was completed.
