I went to Lifeguard Urgent Care, and I have been a patient many times with no issues ever. However, I came due to being sick, and this Dr. Bautista was very unprofessional provider and I would never recommend to anyone. He has extremely poor bedside manners and speaks to you like a toddler. Rude. Argumentative. Every visit you remember what was discussed the last time, he remembers nothing,doesn't know what he said about your condition,what you should or shouldn't take-then advises the use of drugs he said not to take. Maybe to over loaded with patients, more concerned with visits #'s +dollars, etc... Staff called me last year and asked if I would give him a good review since many were like this one, negative, At that time, only for them, I gave him a fine review. Other staff Fine

I've been seeing Doctor/his staff for two years. All and any of my issues were addresses right at the time we discussed them. I've never been rushed in and out. I don't think I've waited more then 10 minutes at an appointment to see the doctor. Always friendly, always through. My most pressing issue was handled quickly and with wonderful results. In other words, I have complete confidence that my well being is Dr Batista's priority. The staff has always been professional/concerned/helpful. A+++
