I am so lucky to have found Melvin Batista for my HVAC needs! He is so knowledgeable, trustworthy, patient, professional, and considerate (left the place spotless after finishing work). For this most recent issue, I needed to have my AC (and my furnace since it was on its last legs) replaced. After he came to assess the situation, he didn't pressure me to go through his company to have the work done. But I knew I trusted my HVAC system to none other than his company! He and a partner worked steadily to get the work done well... read more

I am reposting my original review, because Melvin continues to provide the best service. Melvin is the best. He provides first rate service. He explains things clearly. Although we arranged for him to come on a Monday, he came the Saturday before because he had a cancellation. His work ethic and level of integrity are unquestionable. I was truly impressed when i received a text to ask me how the unit was working. Finally, the cost for the service, #reasonable

Melvin is very professional and friendly. I was able to get an appointment quickly and my furnace was fixed promptly. I have also used him for AC maintenance over the years!! I would highly recommend if you need HVAC services.

Melvin is a master at his craft. I had a valve go bad, and he was able to diagnose it all the way down to the wiring behind the walls that was causing the valves to malfunction. He takes his time, works very neatly, and never rushes. God bless his patience and attention to detail. I’ve worked with Batista for a few years now definitely recommend this company.

Batista Heating and Cooling installed our A/C system consisting of 1 outside condenser and 3 indoor evaporators. The team did an excellent job! The inside and outside connections were very neatly done. The selected components are cooling our house much better than we thought. We are glad we replaced the old-style air conditioners with this new ductless system. Very grateful to Mel Batista and his team! We highly recommend them!
