we built our house 11 years ago. Bathworks was our supplier for faucets etc. The Moen tub taps have seized - I'd heard Moen replaces taps but I was bogged down using the Moen website. I phoned kingston store and was helped immediately and pleasantly - Still had our supply order on file and took the information and will contact Moen for me. Hope to get replacement parts in the mail from Moen soon. Smooth and pleasant service.
