Nice selection but know the basics of installing shower heads or faucets as sales staff is not knowledgeable and attempted to try and convince my elderly mother that she basically needed the plumber to rip everything out to pick a different shower head etc. Needless to say I won’t be coming here when we start are basement renovation for plumbing needs with the four piece bath and wet bar.

We used Bathworks in conjunction with our renovators when we redid our main bathroom several years ago. Rachel was just wonderful in guiding us through the process. Recently, we needed a new pop-up for the sink. Even though it has been a few years since this was installed, Jennifer was able to get another for us under warranty. She was a pleasure to deal with!
