I am a person that gets major anxiety when I have to go to the dentist but I have to say that this is the first Dentist I have ever been to that I am extremely comfortable with. Everyone there is sooooo amazing and I want to thank all the staff ( dentists and reception) for your kindness.
I'm a really nervous and anxious dental patient, but the folks at Bathurst Western Dental made me feel so comfortable and took very good care of me. I was offered complimentary freezing to make my cleaning appointment more comfortable. The staff are courteous, welcoming, and gentle and they offer direct billing. Highly recommend!
I normally don’t write a bad review but the dental cleaning lady, she gave me a big bruise on my lip when she was putting the thing to take extra water out of my mouth. I felt it stuck on my lip but she didn’t take it out fast enough. I should have moved it myself but she was moving around my mouth and I didn’t want to disturb the session and I couldn’t talk because she was cleaning.
