Very busy, but they are doing their max.
it takes minimum 2hrs wait on a good day before a doctors sees you. and she takes 30secs maximum. she wont even listen to your concerns. look for another clinic. even if its far. youre better off travelling a little more than experiencing this clinic
When we went there, my daughter was very sick and we were supposed to see a doctor. We waited for three hours, and no one told us how much longer the wait would be. There were no updates at all no information, no communication, nothing. We were never told in advance that the wait would be this long. The place is extremely disorganized, and the staff seem very irresponsible. I do not recommend this clinic at all, even as a family practice very poor service and disorganized
Walk in clinic is overcrowded, takes forever to even file you into the system, receptionists are rude, unhelpful, and refuse to answer any questions. I'm fine with waiting, that's not the issue. But when you ask how long they're going to have your Healthcard for, they will literally yell at you and tell you they tell you they don't know and are just going down the list. (dated Dec 1\25) I just talked to the rudest receptionist ever. She literally hung up on me! Friendly doctors and most staff...that said I would recommend making an appointment if you don’t want to wait.
