Dr. Atwell and her staff do the utmost best that they can do. She’s been my doctor for 20+ years and she is the most caring doctor I’ve seen yet.
dr femi babolola doesn’t listen nor take me seriously. also refused to follow my psychiatrists instructions on my medication even though Dr. babalola had expressed previously that he’s not comfortable with touching the mental health medications without psychiatrist permission. so, that begs the question how hypocritical is it of him to deny me my medication even though he said previously that he only wanted to follow psychiatrist orders.
Disgusting, they make sick people to wait 2.5 hours on average. Doc is rushing, sits with her back to the patient, don't give a crap about bed side manners. Office wait area is dirty and rude receptionists. Look for another doctor, as I am not even sure that doctor is knowledgeable!
Extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. I went at 1 PM and was told by the front desk staff (a lady) to come back at 3 PM. At 3 PM, she told me to return again at 4 PM. When I came back, she said I would be next, but after waiting, the doctor left without seeing me. Then she sent me to another area where many patients were already waiting, with no clear system or explanation. When I asked her about my place in line, she simply said she didn’t know.
