It would be great if the receptionists actually put you through to people when you ask them to. Every single time I have been told to send an email regarding issues with the property, My partner and I have Both sent emails to the given email address and never receive responses back. We always have to go into the office to actually get things escalated and whenever we do we get told "You should have sent us an Email". It's almost like whoever is on Reception or Handles the Emails are allergic to doing their jobs
