If you put your hours online that your open until 6pm. You should be accepting clients until 6pm. I arrived at 5pm and you’re gonna tell me that your cut off is 4:30. You should change your hours of operation.

I recently visited the clinic and had a mixed experience. The receptionist and pharmacy staff were excellent—very polite, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. However, I was disappointed with the behavior of Dr. Olena. Her approach to patient care was not respectful, and she spoke in a rude manner that made me feel uncomfortable. I believe every patient deserves kindness and empathy, especially in a healthcare setting. Unfortunately, I would not recommend seeing this doctor based on my experience.
