I had a wonderful experience at Bathurst Glen Dentistry! Dr. Elham Tayefi is an exceptional dentist—she’s professional, thorough, and truly cares about her patients. She took the time to explain every step of my treatment and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The staff is also friendly and welcoming, making you feel at ease as soon as you walk in. I highly recommend Dr. Tayefi and Bathurst Glen Dentistry for anyone seeking top-quality dental care!
Dr. Elham charged me around $250 over what was discussed. She promised me a free whitenening service for billing me more than what was discussed. But everytime I had an appointment, she would tell me that she'll do the whitening the next time, and this kept going on. They stopped responding to my emails regarding this as well. I stopped going to her as I felt cheated. She has got dentist skills for sure, but don't take her fake promises, and always double check your bills.
