This pharmacy should be closed down. Filthy, to start. Secondly, the automated system is broken and will tell you that anything you have ordered through their system is a successful order. This has led to two severe issues with withdrawals in the course of a half year. When asking them about this, their opinion is that the client should be responsible to call them regularly to see what day they feel like doing their job on. Under new management. Communication lacks with this new owner, parking is a nightmare, and employees have no idea where and what the owner is doing. Emails do not receive a reply and phone messages are ignored. After the numerous attempts, not the most reliable pharmacy to be doing business with.
The pharmacists here are very friendly and efficient. You can get a prescription refilled in minutes, as opposed to half an hour down the street at the Shoppers. The pharmacist was also able to give me some information and support around iron supplements. So happy to be supporting an independent pharmacy instead of the big chain.
Horrible experience with the pharmacist. My family pharmacy was closed. Came to this one and refused to give me my meds even though I had a prescription! Then gave me some excuse that the doctor shouldn't have given me the prescription. Don't get involved, you are a fake doctor. Your job is to hand over the medication. Not decide if a doctor should or shouldn't. Nevermind the attitude I was given. Never going there again. Hopefully no one else experiences this. That person deserves to lose her certificate.
