Pharmacist at the pick up counter was quite rude during my visit today, also gave my conflicting information. Told me my meds wouldn’t work together but another healthcare professional I spoke with said otherwise… wouldn’t trust that pharmacist
I always use this pharmacy when I get a prescription from the walk-in clinic doctor. The pharmacist and her assistant are always VERY kind and personable, and there is very little wait time to get prescriptions filled. The pharmacy has a very neighbourhood feel, which is a nice change from larger pharmacy chains, which can feel somewhat cold and impersonal. I am a happy customer at this pharmacy!
I am a shoppers drug mart refugee and I am so glad I found this place. The service is friendly and personal and I no longer feel like I’m just a revenue source. Highly recommend.
Love this pharmacy! Amazing, very friendly staff, and above-and-beyond service. I used a few different pharmacies in the neighborhood before I found this one and it’s by far the best.
I switched from Shoppers Drug Mart to the IDA about 5 years ago. What a great decision! No waiting lines. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable service.
