Company refinished our tub and did a good job. The problem started with the non-skid portion. The technician did not bring the bath mat to the job. He said then would send it out. After a week we hadn't received it and called. We were told it went out and gave us a tracking #. Tracking only says a shipping label has been prepared for our item. Called again and the woman on the phone said it was her fault, that she forgot to take it to USPS and would take it that day. A week has again gone by and still no mat.
Resurfaced a sink and did an excellent job. Lools like new. Highly recommend
