I wish i had read reviews before ordering. I ordered a toilet suite and was assured it would arrive in time for my renovation. Well i am now just about finished with the reno and have since ordered and had a toilet installed from elsewhere. I am still waiting on the toilet from Bathroomware House 2 months on. They say it has been shipped. I have no idea where it has been sitting the past 2 months. Have had no communication from them or the couriers they use. Bathroomware House have taken my money on 23.2.21 and since closed my online account and will not respond to any of my emails to say where is my order is or where my account has gone or offer delivery of a similar product they have online or a refund. I don't know what is up with the simultaneous closure of the Crowsnest shopfront, fire sale and online only presence - but feels totally fishy. Off to Fair Trading now. Watch out users.
UPDATE: My initial review was 5stars, and I still stand by that (I have left my original review below for everyone to see), but that review is just for the members of staff in the shop and what they did for us. UNFORTUNATELY, the rest of the company let them down considerably. We purchased a product (and yes buyer beware if you are not a plumber) and when our plumbers came to fit it unfortunately it wasn't right for our bathroom. Atrocious customer service and very slow delivery. Purchased three items on 27/04. One item turned up quickly. After about four weeks the remaining items had not arrived. After many phone calls, promised and failed to deliver return calls and looking into it, it was discovered that the order had not been passed on to the supplier.
