We hired this company to do a complete bathroom remodel 3 years ago. To this day we are still having problems with this bathroom. We had to hire a diffetent company to come look and they knew right away what was wrong. Sadly after paying over $20,000 for the remodel we don't have the funds to pay another company to fix the issues. Outstanding job and service. If I could rate a 10 I would. Great communication, on time delivery and professional service. Dave and his crew went out of their way to make sure every detail was addressed and that we were satisfied with the job. I highly recommend them if you need a bathroom or kitchen.
We where initially happy with the shower that was installed but realized later the shower base drain is higher than the rest of the base. Water does not drain and puddles at edges until it evaporites. I reached out for a solution over a month ago and was told they are checking with manufacture of the base. Update It’s been 2 months and still no update from the manufacture or Bathrooms first. When bathrooms first installed the new shower base they put an expanding foam in. David did an amazing job on my shower. He was very professional, timely and easy to work with. He really cares about giving the customer what they are wanting and was very flexible when I modified the plan. I priced several competitors and he was the best value. Would highly recommend his company.
