No stars, but the system made me put one. They ordered the wrong filtration system for my unit - 100% their error. Promised to refund the $3,000 order. Almost 6 months later, no refund and no response. In addition, their expensive sink handles warped after a month of usage, no response or assistance with the defect. Very untrustworthy company. Find another vendor.
