Great service by Larry and his team
We had quite a sizable order as we were replacing an entire bathroom, firstly their floor staff are unapproachable and you feel like you are bothering them but we spent $3000 and paid $600 deposit. Unfortunately I was then hospitalized for 8 life saving surgeries(see the Charles Gairdiner review) so home renovations became less of a priority. IGNORE their reply, I 100% bought from here, I even remmebee that the salesman was Filipino l. Was told their plumber could do everything we needed. He did his best and got the job done but after making sure twice before we left we had been given the right vanity unit we weren't. With the plumber already booked we felt it should be alright and he could just mount it higher also would of already had to pay his call out fee anyway. I wasn't too thrilled to find staff had left a passive aggressive note on my car threatening to have my car towed away outside of business hours. I can sympathise that you have a hate for Micrology and that you're tired of their repeat customers parking in your limited bays, that's fair enough, but to be leaving notes on cars you have no record of before you've even opened for the day is a little extreme. From a business perspective it's quite poor to assume that people that have parked in your bays may not be your customers... read more
