If you are shopping for appliances, avoid JOHN. The man is a thief an will tell you anything to get your money and good luck getting ahold of him post sale. I won't do business at this sears, or with John EVER again!
he lawn and garden department at Sears at Quail Springs Mall has gone down hill so much. No one to help you purchase or asks questions. Very poor loading and unloading of merchandise purchased, and a total lack of appreciation for the customer. The one thing that Sears was so good at, and allowed them to compete with the other box stores,has been lost. That one thing was great customer service. Now, they have no customer service.
