Why I gave 1 star: It started out promising. Marcel stopped by to give us a quote—he was fantastic. He walked us through every step, explained everything in detail, and left us feeling confident this project would go smoothly. He said Joe from the office would call to explain the next steps. Installers are the best part of this organization. There were several mistakes in the ordering process. Many details were skipped or ignored. Was not shown all the various possibilities for fixtures. Would have preferred different fixtures which I saw on your website. Never received confirmation of my order until after many calls, I noticed that the spelling of my last name was incorrect.
