4 hour sign now for cheap pricing dropped from $23,000 to $13,000 for a plastic shower - not a bathroom just a wet space as the stressed out and stressful salesperson called it. Would not recommend because of the shlock effect already dropping the price by half and the endless forever presentation “I’m going to call Jacuzzi now and see what we can do…” Nah. Not Cool
Why I gave 1 star: It started out promising. Marcel stopped by to give us a quote—he was fantastic. He walked us through every step, explained everything in detail, and left us feeling confident this project would go smoothly. He said Joe from the office would call to explain the next steps. A couple weeks passed—no call. Then we got a text saying “everything is on course.” A week later, another text saying the install would be Friday 8/8. Vincent was terrific. He even noticed that the caulking used for the original install was the wrong color and will reschedule a return to correct
