We recently moved into a new build, and found a huge list of things that the builder screwed up. One of them was the master tub, which had been chipped in two places. They sent bathcrest to fix it. He communicated his schedule clearly, came on time, made a flawless repair, and was done in 30-40 minutes. We've had 6-7 contractors of various trades here in the last couple weeks. This guy was the best, by a long shot.
