BathWorld created the bathroom I’ve dreamt of. I wanted spa-like, calm and relaxing, and they made it happen.
I paid tens of thousands of dollars and received the wrong color tile. Was told and argued with that it was jut a different dye lot. I found a picture of the sample. It is a totally different color. Over a year later and I still hate it. Not what I paid for. Would attach picture but I don’t see an option to do so.
Complete shower instalación. Damian did an Awesome Job!!!He took me step by step and is very profesional and friendly.
EDIT: The owner reached out and apologized for everything, sent out a new team to finish/complete/fix anything that needed it, they explained that the team that worked on my kitchen was half way out the door and our job was their last, the person they sent out to fix everything I could immediately tell was a step above the guy before, how he spoke to me, his level of understanding and detail of our complaints, wish we had him from the beginning, but the company did make it right. We were extremely pleased with the installation of our new walk in shower!! Antonio and his team were awesome! Everything was perfect! I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in updating their bathroom.
