This place has the most amazingly beautiful stuff! Showroom is HUGE and the staff is super friendly and they know their stuff! Walked in knowing nothing about doing a remodel and walked out actually understanding the differences between different items. Ordered a vanity & mirror. Not opened immediately since bathroom reno was still being done. Opened mirror and glass was cracked. Asked for a replacement and was told we should have opened it right away therefore not covered but could offer me a replacement at cost. This was not noted anywhere on any paperwork I received. After many many phone calls and complaints I was finally approved to get a new one. At one point I was told I don't have an answer yet. Absolutely love Bathsplash. Incredible staff at the Cranston location. We were very happy with our recent purchases and can't wait to head back to explore more options with upcoming Spring projects!
We went here a few years ago and weren't real happy with the saleswoman but decided yesterday to give it another try after it was recommended. Big mistake! This time we were the only people in the showroom and the three people who were there couldn't be bothered with us. Guess our money is no good. Kind of reminds me of a scene from Pretty Woman!
