The Bath Planet servicing the DMV area has been more than a pleasure to work with! It did take some time for parts to come in, and the work to be scheduled after the initial contract was signed… however, the work was done very well and in a timely manner (1 day!) . I received my new shower almost a year ago and would like to share my experience. Bath Planet had the product I wanted in my master shower and we chose to go with them. While I love my shower walls and European glass. I hate everything else. The shower pan they use is awful. Mine was installed unevenly and we stand a little funny while showering. The shower pan has drain lines that are not comfortable to stand on. The caulking job is horrific and I battle mold weekly along the edges. We had them come back to fix a few things... read more
