We recently had a tub-to-shower conversion (May) and love it! From the consultation to the installer, everyone is friendly and helpful and made it an enjoyable experience. In fact, we just ordered to have the second bathtub updated. Even our conversations with the office staff were great. I would highly recommend this company.
We attended a parade featuring your promotional float, where an individual began spraying the audience with a large water gun. When we expressed our concern about getting wet, she responded dismissively, stating, "I didn't get the memo," referring to our desire to remain dry. If this is indicative of how you treat potential customers, we are not interested in your services.
Terrible business. Recommend not using.
So Impressed. Our shower floor cracked, and Bath Planet stood behind their warranty. For that, my family is completely grateful. Brittany took my initial complaint call on Tuesday and had Matt take lead on assessment and scheduling; he was able to fit our job into the same week in an already busy schedule, Wow! Brittany showed my husband, and me samples for the new walls, and we made a choice preferred to the one we had chosen 6 years ago.
