Crew were on time, professional, courteous, and friendly. The job they did was amazing. We love it !! Our house was built in 1960 and STILL had that horrid "pink flamingo" color scheme in the BR. The bright pink with black trim in 5" ceramic tile on all four walls and a free standing sink with NO vanity. - The difference is amazing, and affordable.
I must say, having Tracie Stern, GM come to my house during a time of transition, gave me assurance that I made the right choice. She promised me the BEST experience and she DELIVERED! Mel and Chris were very professional and considerate during the entire installation. They answered all my questions and did a wonderful job ensuring to ask questions of my preference for location of shower valve, faucet, shelves, etc. They did quality work aMd I am confident what is behind the shower walls vs what had been done initially.
