After a lot of researching and meeting with 5 other Companies Bath Planet had everything I needed. I was lucky enough to have Ms Tracie Stern come to my house and walk me through every detail and answer all the questions I had. Another selling point was I am a retired disabled veteran and Tracie helped with the process of getting a grant to help pay for my install. Thank you Bath Planet
Bath planet is a wonderful company to work with. It started with the representative who met me in my home; onto the office staff and then to the installers. The tub looks great and I’m thankful for such nice people to work with.
The work was done very quickly. And the contractors were very nice and very knowledgeable I would recommend them to anyone.
The work was done in Chesapeake and the quality of the craftsmanship is very good and the contractor arrived as expected. However, I have to be honest about the communication with the staff. There was over a two week delay because the contract was not written out to include that my bathroom has 9 ft ceiling which resulted in the materials not having been cut to accommodate the 9’, thus the delay.
