I chose this company from google due to the reviews and it was a local company. They did not disappoint. From the showroom to the installers all were professional, courteous and helpful. A couple of hiccups occurred but the manager Mike went above and beyond to make sure that everything was as we wanted. The installers Julian and Cristian were more that helpful. Julian and Louis did a great job replacing our shower, masterful!
I got the opportunity to do two projects with Bathroom Pros. One of them was Brian Gunning who was the utmost professional, kind and went above and beyond the job required. I highly encourage everyone to work with them and him on a project. You will get incredible service.
Same as others. They continue contacting you long after you’ve asked them to stop. Don’t give them your number. Updating because I wrote this review two months ago. Continue asking them to stop sending me messages. They just use a new number to contatct you. It's now been several months since I inquired about information and didn't purchase. I've told them the job is done and received confirmation they will stop sending messages, yet they persist.
What a great job Julian and Aldo did on our new walk-shower! Both demonstrated their skill and craftsmanship from start to finish! The shower is beautiful! So glad we opted for the rain shower head!
