Our experience with Bath Planet was good as it could be. Start to finish was perfect. It was a pleasure with sales right through installer.

Excellent customer service and installation work. Installer was professional, nice and quick.
We had a shower update, doubling the size. This required a wall at the end of the shower. The worker left the wall without any drywall. It had rough edges, the screws were deeper than the makes shift wall. It was a real disaster. One which required us to hire a drywaller and a painter. This added considerable cost to the remodel. I would NOT recommend them. Plus the salesperson gave the impression that they worked with the VA. My husband is a disabled vet, and this is why we chose the company. Thumbs down.
If you're looking for great service, I recommend Robert Bartlett. He is professional, down to Earth, and will give you the best pricing for your budget. When I am going to remodel my bathroom, he will be the first one I call to come back out. Bath Planet, you've got a keeper there!
