Roman Szyszka was the Bath Planet representative who came to our home today to give us an estimate of a walk in shower. He was very thorough in taking measurements, explaining everything, and giving us our options. Unfortunately the price was higher than we wanted to pay so we did not make a purchase. Roman Szyszka was here and we could not be more happy and satisfied! He was able to get us a new walk in shower and a new bathtub system at a better price than our 5 other quotes. His professionalism and kindness made us feel like we were truly getting helped and at no time did he try and upsell us. I hope to see a gentlemen like Roman promoted to management one day.
