Excellent service
Gina came out to give us an estimate for new windows, and she was awesome! Very knowledgeable and a delight to work with.
Very disappointed with this install. What I was promised and what I got were 2 different things. The guy that sold us on this was let go before install. What he promised us was not written down so therefore, a very expensive lesson to learn. Evidently, not their problem as the guy is no longer with the company. We are livid and don't recommend this company. I will give credit to our contractor doing the work. Very nice and totally understood where we were coming from.
I have a $10,000 shower that I do not use!! Misleading on some things, didn't follow through on others. On top of the shower cost I needed to hire someone to put up sheetrock where they took it out around the shower. And now they called wanting to know if I wanted any more work done in my home. ARE YOU SERIOUS?? Not unless it's to take out the worthless thing they put in!
Parker was a great planner and salesman! Drove a good distance to walk us through their process and didn't leave us with any questions. Very direct and honest while also enthusiastic about their products and service.
