Do not use this company, especially IF YOU’RE A VETERAN USING THE HISA GRANT TO INSTALL AN ADA SHOWER!!!! I reached out to this company in December to install an ADA compliant shower for myself, a disabled veteran. We agreed on pricing, signed a contract, and opened financing in order to lock down the price. Fast forward, two months go by and I haven’t heard anything from the company, they told me the scheduler would call when all parts were in.
