Very bad customer service. From sales person to the operations manager marianna. Not the right remodel size of our shower. Never ever get to do service with this company. You will be sorry and rip off.
I started this on 8/1/22 now it is 10/1/22 and still waiting on service. They never called me to tell me what the delay was. I had to keep calling them. They are also known as Bath Granite Remodel. Got a loan for this project to the job and then they tell my the installation is separate from the loan and will me to pay $2,843.00 more before they will the work. They took $1,200.00 down from me and won't give it back to me. They are rip off.
My experience with Bath Make over of central az (Axiom) ROC 327715 work being promised and not done to this day. There is complaints with yelp ROC and Google. Now the going by Bath planet in Arizona also GTSW in Scottsdale hidding under Granite transformation and in New Mexico ROC 336285. You can see for yourself the complaints and owner changing names. Stay away for your own good. Do your own research I wish I would have
We've had our shower in for a year now. We had an issue and did have an issue with him calling us back to get it fixed after we discovered there were cracks in the base of the shower pan. They have since come out and fixed it and everything is looking good again.
