Very disappointed in the way they pressured my mother into buying a new piece of plastic junk for $11k. You can tell they are into predatory sales to older people. She would wait and wait for them to arrive. They rescheduled multiple times, but she had to move doctor's appointments and her life around the installer, who would not tell her when he was showing up. TLDR: Dishonest services and poor communication are my biggest issues with Bath Planet. We had a shower/tub installed from bath planet in September of 2024. Prior to the install they explained how there would be before and after photos and that they would be reaching out in 6 months to hear how we liked the new shower (this still has not happened). Our install was plagued with issues. The wrong shower/tub insert was sent the day of the job and the plumber had to cut the new materials on site based on measurements of the inco... read more

Very informative and interesting. Very polite and would welcome him back to my home anytime. Will recommend to my friends.
Kevin was very helpful.He explained to me every detail that I asked. I felt he did a very good job explaining to me what was going to be done. Looking forward to getting my new shower. We were very happy with the way Kevin told us just what will be done
