The initial sell and buy-in was good. The installation was poor and I had to point out the problems that needed to be corrected. Things got worse when I had problems and no replies to multiple emails. I’m still waiting for things to be corrected about 16 months later. Disappointing and shameful!!
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They came out and had excellent customer service initially, but they said they would come and do an installation after filing a loan through Momnt and I reached out to find out why I was never booked for an installation. And I was told that they filed for bankruptcy. And i've been nothing but ping ponged around trying to get this off of my credit report. I filed at the better business bureau and a police report.
I've had a horrible experience with this company. They processed the financing for a new shower and I still have yet to get the shower installed. I just decided to check my credit report and there is a loan established from last year June 2023. It was from a company called Momnt which they stated was from this bathroom project. I haven't heard anything from this company, Bath Planet of Atlanta since September 2023 when they scheduled my install for October 6th. THEY NEVER REACHED OUT OR SHOWED UP!
Took a $7000 deposit and never returned my calls, closed their doors and never did any work. Thieves. Please add review feedback if you were scammed out of deposits and have been able to get deposits back.
