Decided to go with Bath Planet (Joyce Bath Factory Direct) when my husband was having another of his many surgeries. We said many times it was the best decision we ever made to our home. I was interested in a bathroom remodel 2.5 years ago so I went to the Home Remodel show and filled out a form to get more information, just like I did with other companies. BathPlanet kept bombarding me with informational material through phone calls and text messages, looking to schedule an estimate. About 6 months after that, I sold that house and told BathPlanet about it. They said they will stop contacting me as I am no longer in the market.
