I made the wrong decision of hiring them because they left us in the middle of the project. I should have read the reviews before I decided to get them to fix our bathroom. It started okay but then they raised issues that they needed more money to complete their work. We didn't want to pay more and stick to what we have agreed upon at the start, but they just left and I couldn't get ahold of anyone now.

Management is a failure. They commit to impossible deadlines and then push employees to meet those crazy deadlines. It impacts the quality of the work, and as a result, the clients are dissatisfied. So, the company's and the workers' who worked there has to deal with a lot of criticism.

The managers are incompetent. They are very slow to address employee and client concerns. They also don't honor their promises. which causes a lot of complaints from the clients. The terrible thing is that we are the ones who have to endure the anger of the clients. Pros: Nothing. Don't ever work here.

I did a wrong decision hiring them to fix our bathroom. The quality of their work was poor and it seemed like they rushed the work. They brought wrong materials that wasn't the ones we agreed upon, so they have to come back and reschedule the work. After completion, they didn't even clean up. There were scratches and finger smears and was really dirty. Overall, it was such an unpleasant experience.
