We met with the sales rep, paid a deposit, paid for half the job - all total $7000. and no one returned our calls, fax, nothing. DO NOT trust Bath Planet.
I wanted to thank Bath Planet Central Valley for doing an excellent job of remodeling my old outdated bathroom and turning it into a dream come true; literally! The new high quality shower, toilet, walls, vanity, lights, plumbing, flooring was professionally and meticulously installed by a dedicated, hardworking and knowledgeable crew (Floyd, Juan, Noe). I highly recommend Bath Planet Central Valley for any bathroom remodeling projects.Great job!!
It has been about 2 years since my husband and I sat with the representative and explained exactly what we needed, especially a side rack for shampoo and soap because of difficulty to stand. When the workman came out and put shelving in the far corners making it difficult to reach it was brought to the workman's attention. He said that he didn't know how to put shelving in the middle so we paid $11,200.00 cash for a job NOT what we asked for.
Bath Planet replaced our bathtub with a walk-in shower and we are extremely happy with it. Kelsie, Project Manager, was easy to work with, listens, and is very professional & friendly. The Installers did a great job. Thank you to all involved in this project!!!
We have been very pleased with the Bath Planet shower that was installed in our home by the local Bath Planet installer, RFMC Construction. The original installation crew was outstanding, and the shower has served us very well for a number of years. Twice over those years, Bath Planet/RFMC workers have come to our home to do minor work on the shower (install a new shower valve, re-caulk the shower, and attend to other minor maintenance.
