I called Eugene on a Sunday to get a quote and ask him a few questions about materials used, etc. Anyways, this gentleman consulted me, inspected the photo i sent him, listened to all the details about my bathroom, and in the end actually told me that instead of paying him to reglaze my bathtub and tiles, i just needed to improve my ventilation system to avoid the mold issues i was having. Eugene from the company came on time as we agreed. He inspected my tub and advised me not to glaze it yet, as it is still in a good shape. I really appreciate company and the employee who wouldn't put short term interest as a priority, but rather provide exceptional customer service. He gave me few tips how to maintain my tub as well. Absolutely fantastic work and customer service.
