I contacted Otterly for an estimate on a tub to shower conversion because they are a local family owned company with great reviews. Everyone I talked to and met were amazing and comfortable to work with without pressure. My house is 75 years old so the design and install was a challenging but they resolved all the issues I was concerned about and the result is flawless. Our installer, Wyatt, was awesome! He cleaned up every day before leaving and his workmanship was impeccable.
New remodeled bathroom is beutiful! Installers were very courteous and professional; even finished a day earlier than expected.
