A few days after calling Otterly Baths we had an appointment in our home with Blake. He was very professional. He asked what we wanted to do, showed us what was available and walked us through selecting what we would like for our bathtub-to-shower conversion. Blake took measurements before he left. Jared and Aaron did an outstanding job on our walk in shower. Their communication was top notch as we had some delays waiting on a plumber, and they worked with us through it all. They are courteous and professional, and I think our home was left cleaner than they found it by the end of the project.
The project is amazing! The new walk-in shower has made it possible for my wife to shower without assistance, safely and discreetly. The flexibility of the components made it possible for everything she needed to be in reach without causing a slip/fall situation. Thanks for enhancing the quality of our home life.
We have a double and needed both sides done. The Otter Crew did a great job, Friendly and very happy with their service.
This is the second bath/shower that we’ve had converted by Bath Masters. With having them returned in less than six months later to do the second one, should speak to itself. Very pleased with the craftsmanship and the end result.
