We absolutely love our new walk in shower. Jared and Aaron did a great job. Our shower looks better than we expected. They arrived both days on time and completed the job faster than we expected. We would recommend Jared and Aaron on renovating your bathroom.
Just had the walk-in shower replaced in the master bedroom by Otterly Bath (formerly Bath Masters). OUTSTANDING job. Everyone who we dealt with in the process was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and personable and made us feel like valued customers. Installers Derrick and Terry were fantastic! Final measurements were not perfect so after a very long wait (2.5 months after signing contract to install) some trim materials were too narrow. Derrick saved the day by making custom trim on the spot to cover the gap. Everyone at Otterly was very pleasant, but I would not recommend if you are looking at installing Onyx since Otterly is not experienced with this product line.
Jared and Aaron were very pleasant and did quality work. We had an issue with water damage and they were able to come up with a solution and fix the damage before doing the install. EXCELLENT! Review your contact details carefully to ensure that all your desired parts are included. The shower looks ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They were on time, schedule, and budget.
